SiriusXM

SiriusXM Radio is America’s satellite radio company. SiriusXM broadcasts more than 135 satellite radio channels of commercial-free music and premier sports, news, talk, entertainment, traffic, weather, and data services to over 21 million subscribers. SiriusXM offers an array of content from many of the biggest names in entertainment, as well as from professional sports leagues, major colleges, and national news and talk show providers.

Focused Image literally helped launch XM. Retained by a then-startup with a big dream and no satellites in orbit, Focused Image helped establish and build the XM brand through our support of the company’s advertising, marketing, and investor relations programs.

Reiter, Hill, Johnson & Nevin

Reiter, Hill, Johnson & Nevin exists to provide obstetric and gynecologic care to patients in the Metro Washington, D.C. area. The practice seeks to provide the highest quality services to patients and referring physicians. Patients are provided complete, state-of-the-art obstetric and gynecologic care that is welcoming, respectful, and compassionate. Referring physicians can rest assured RHJN will provide expert, personal, and timely care for their patients, as well as ongoing dialogue.

NEW

NEW, together with its affiliates and member companies, is the leading global provider of extended service plans, buyer protection services, and product support to more than 150 million consumers around the world.

With projects from a total company rebranding to campaigns laser-focused to drive traffic at CES (the Consumer Electronics Show) to Facebook promotional sweepstakes, our work with NEW is a testament to an integrated approach to communications.

We developed and managed public relations and social media programs for seven years that integrated closely with marketing campaigns and supported NEW’s goal to launch new products and support consumer sales of its offerings through major big box retailers across the country. We used creative PR tactics that reached and engaged audiences at events such as CES, through national business and consumer media, and online. Key highlights of this successful, multiyear program included launch of an award-winning, consumer-reaching blog; music videos; expanding direct reach and education of consumers via awards programs and product giveaways; and running a series of features in newspapers across the country that promoted the benefits of their products to counteract negative press from Consumer Reports. The results included positive press coverage in local, regional, and national news outlets across the country; a softening in Consumer Reports’ negative position on the product category; and ultimately, NEW expanding its retail industry dominance through a merger with one of its biggest competitors.  Highlights of media generated for NEW include About.com, BusinessWeek, CNET, Los Angeles Times, NBC, New Jersey Star-Ledger, NPR, TWICE, and The Wall Street Journal.

The company brews, markets, and sells a portfolio of leading premium brands including Coors Light, Molson Canadian, Carling, Blue Moon, and Keystone Light throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.

A perennial favorite of the Focused Image team, Molson provided us with great opportunities to push the fun and creative envelopes. Our work ranged from brand-specific advertising campaigns to on-site promotional programs.

Spirit Aerosystems designs and builds aerostructures for both commercial and defense customers. With headquarters in Wichita, Kansas, Spirit operates sites in North America, Europe, and Asia. Its core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles, and wing components. The company focuses on affordable, innovative manufacturing solutions for composite materials and aluminum and supports customers around the globe.

LMI Aerospace, Inc., is a leading supplier of structural assemblies, kits, and components and a provider of design engineering services to the commercial, business, regional, and defense aerospace markets. LMI fabricates, machines, finishes, kits, and assembles machined and formed close-tolerance aluminum, specialty alloy, and composite components. LMI also provides engineering and program management services, supporting aircraft product lifecycles from design to fleet support via complete turnkey engineering solutions.

The product of the merger of four smaller companies, LMI had an identity crisis and needed a brand image restart. Applying our BrandNew methodology, we helped develop a “new” LMI. Our work included corporate identity; an integrated brand launch, including a new marketing campaign; and a supporting website.

Dynamic Aviation

Dynamic Aviation is the leading provider of innovative special-mission aviation solutions designed to meet the unique requirements of government and commercial organizations worldwide. The company delivers customized aerial assets and services to support a wide range of customers including national defense, military intelligence, federal agencies, state and local governments, non-profit research organizations, and private companies.

AIAA

The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics is the world’s largest technical society dedicated to the global aerospace profession. With more than 35,000 individual members and 90 corporate members worldwide, AIAA brings together industry, academia, and government to advance engineering and science in aviation, space, and defense.

In search of a way to make itself more relevant to its members, prospective members, industry, and the media, AIAA retained Focused Image to overhaul its brand and launch an integrated communications program. The results have been improved stakeholder engagement and stabilized membership.
